This multi-billion dollar plastics plant greenfield project required a major source of ultrapure water for its boiler.
Tyler led a multi-discipline team (including engineering design, procurement and commissioning) for the Ultrafiltration and Demineralization package to reliably deliver it.
The system included Ultrafiltration membranes, Reverse osmosis and MBIX (mixed bed ion exchange) packages.
Some challenges included leading the team through adaptation to oil & gas specifications, and supply chain hurdles.
